The permeable sealing primer is prepared by using 27-35 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.2-1.1 pts. wt. powder wetting agent, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene modified ferroferric oxide hollow microspheres, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. nanotitanium dioxide, 16-23 pts. wt. water-based penetrating emulsion, 27-34 pts. wt. water-based elastic emulsion, 3-7 pts. wt. water-based high gloss emulsion, 3-4 pts. wt. water-based waterproof emulsion, 4-4.5 pts. wt. film forming additive, 1.7-2.4 pts. wt. base material wetting agent, 0.2-0.7 pts. wt. thickener, and 1.7 pts. wt. adhesion promoter. The waterproof elastic surface glue is prepared by using 16-23 pts. wt. deionized water, 2-2.4 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. powder wetting agent, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. pigment. USE - Weather-resistant water-based waterproof composite glue used for renovation of color steel plate in industrial plant, and waterproof treatment of cement roof (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The weather-resistant water-based waterproof composite glue has excellent weather resistance, adhesiveness, thermal expansion and contraction property of the color steel plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A weather-resistant water-based waterproof composite glue comprises a permeable sealing primer and a waterproof elastic surface glue. The permeable sealing primer is prepared by using 27-35 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.2-1.1 pts. wt. powder wetting agent, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene modified ferroferric oxide hollow microspheres, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. nanotitanium dioxide, 16-23 pts. wt. water-based penetrating emulsion, 27-34 pts. wt. water-based elastic emulsion, 3-7 pts. wt. water-based high gloss emulsion, 3-4 pts. wt. water-based waterproof emulsion, 4-4.5 pts. wt. film forming additive, 1.7-2.4 pts. wt. base material wetting agent, 0.2-0.7 pts. wt. thickener, and 1.7 pts. wt. adhesion promoter. The waterproof elastic surface glue is prepared by using 16-23 pts. wt. deionized water, 2-2.4 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. powder wetting agent, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. pigment, 2.2-2.8 pts. wt. palladium oxide modified titanium oxide nanotubes, 10-16 pts. wt. water-based high gloss emulsion, 37-43 pts. wt. water-based elastic emulsion, 8-13 pts. wt. water-based waterproof emulsion, 5.1-5.5 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 1-2 pts. wt. substrate wetting agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. thickener, and 0.8-1.3 pts. wt. adhesion promoter. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the weather-resistant water-based waterproof composite glue, which involves preparing permeable sealing primer by adding defoaming agent and powder wetting agent in deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly, then adding graphene-modified ferroferric oxide hollow microspheres and nanotitanium dioxide, continuously stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain premix (a), grinding the premix (a) to obtain slurry (s1), mixing the water-based penetrating emulsion, water-based elastic emulsion, water-based high gloss emulsion, and water-based waterproof emulsion, then adding the film-forming additive, stirring and mixing evenly to obtain a base material (m1), adding slurry (s1), substrate wetting agent, thickener, and adhesion promoter to base material (m1), stirring and mixing evenly to obtain a permeable closed primer, preparing the waterproof elastic surface glue by adding dispersant, defoamer, powder wetting agent in deionized water, stir and mix uniformly, then adding pigment and palladium oxide modified titanium oxide nanotubes, continuously stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain premix (b), grinding the premix (b) to obtain slurry (s2), mixing the water-based high-gloss emulsion, water-based elastic emulsion, and water-based waterproof emulsion, then adding the film-forming additive, stirring and mixing evenly to obtain the base material (m2), adding the slurry (s2), the base material, wetting agent, the thickener, and the adhesion promoter to the base material (m2), stirring and mixing uniformly; and (2) application of weather-resistant water-based waterproof composite glue for renovation of color steel plate in industrial plant.
