▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing a silver nanowire oxidized graphene composite conductive film heater involves preparing silver nanowires by adding modified polyol. The modified Hummers method is used to prepare graphene oxide aqueous solution. The slides are cleaned in deionized water, ethanol and isopropyl alcohol. The aqueous solution of the graphene oxide is alternately spin-coated on the slide glass to prepare the silver nanowire oxide graphene composite conductive film. The obtained film is dried for 0.5-2 hours. The composite film is irradiated with ultraviolet light. USE - Method for producing a silver nanowire oxidized graphene composite conductive film heater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce a silver nanowire oxidized graphene composite conductive film heater in simple and cost-effective manner, and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing a silver nanowire oxidized graphene composite conductive film heater involves preparing silver nanowires by adding modified polyol. The electrode strips are laminated on both sides of the composite film for conduction between the electrode strip and the composite film.
