▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-containing fabric is made through weaving or weaving using a conductive yarn having a conductive coating layer made of conductive material. The conductive yarn is provided with a yarn made of polymer material having polyester, nylon, viscose rayon, or polyurethane. The coating layer is obtained by impregnating in a conductive solution in which conductive powder, graphene material and binder are mixed in weight ratio or volume ratio of 6-8:2-4:0.5-1. The conductive powder is carbon, fullerene or carbon nanotubes. The binder is polyimide, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylidene fluoride, polyacrylonitrile, ethylene methyl acrylate, or polyurethane. The graphene material is a graphene solution prepared by adding graphene oxide powder to ethanol or deionized water and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain an aqueous solution, adding sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate and choline chloride and stirring to prepare solvent, mixing the solvent and aqueous solution, stirring and washing. USE - Graphene-containing fabric used as mat, quilt and underwear. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing fabric has excellent heat retention and flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-containing fabric is made through weaving or weaving using a conductive yarn having a conductive coating layer made of a conductive material. The conductive yarn is provided with a yarn made of polymer material having at least one of polyester, nylon, viscose rayon, and polyurethane. The conductive coating layer is obtained by impregnating in a conductive solution in which conductive powder, graphene material, and binder are mixed in weight ratio or volume ratio of 6-8:2-4:0.5-1. The conductive powder is carbon, fullerene or carbon nanotubes. The graphene material is a graphene solution. The binder is at least one of polyimide, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylidene fluoride, polyacrylonitrile, ethylene methyl acrylate, and polyurethane. The graphene solution is prepared by adding graphene oxide powder to ethanol or deionized water at 10-20 mg/ml and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain an aqueous solution, and adding sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate and choline chloride in molar ratio of 1:1 and stirring at 60-80 degrees C to prepare solvent, mixing the obtained solvent and aqueous solution in weight ratio of 3-5 and stirring at 60-80 degrees C, washing with deionized water 3 times or more through a centrifugal separator. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the graphene-containing fabric.
