▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based conductive ink involves: placing graphite in a solution of an inorganic salt, mixing to obtain an intermediate product (A), adding deionized water, stirring, ultrasonically processing, centrifuging, filtering and drying to obtain a target graphite; mixing the target graphite with sulfate, oxide and inorganic acid through a reactor to obtain an intermediate product (B), heating, diluting, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain a pre-oxidized graphite; mixing the pre-oxidized graphite with concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, an oxidizing agent and deionized water, mixing, and drying the mixed intermediate product (C) to obtain graphene oxide; mixing the graphene oxide with organic acid and terpineol, and adding a solution obtained by mixing amine epoxy resin and polyester into an intermediate product (D) to obtain an intermediate product (E); and stirring the intermediate product (E), ultrasonically dispersing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based conductive ink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of the graphene-based conductive ink, which does not cause pollution to the environment and human body, and has low content of conductive agent and metal and low toxicity, which helps to improves the usability of conductive ink.
