NOVELTY - Nanoenzyme-probiotic complex contains nano-enzyme and probiotics. The nano-enzyme has peroxidase activity, and probiotic is capable of generating hydrogen peroxide and or lactic acid. USE - Nanoenzyme-probiotic complex for preparing medicine for treating or preventing vaginitis and reducing recurrence rate of the disease, where the vaginitis is bacterial vaginitis, Candidiasis vaginitis, trichomonas vaginitis, senile vaginitis, female colpitis, inflammation vaginitis and or other vaginitis (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complex can be prepared in simple, cost-effective and convenient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the nanozyme-probiotic complex gel, which involves taking mixed solution of hyaluronic acid, N-hydroxyl sulfosuccinimide and 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide, adding L-cysteine methyl ester hydrochloride to the mixed solution, stirring in the dark, adjusting the pH value, to obtain acidic mixed solution, where the hyaluronic acid, N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide, 1-ethyl (3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide, L-cysteine methyl ester hydrochloride mass ratio is 1:1-5:1-5:1-5; dialyzing and lyophilizing the acidic mixed solution to obtain a fluffy solid; combining the nanozyme with peroxidase-like activity and producing the probiotic solution of hydrogen peroxide and/or lactic acid in buffered saline solution, adding fluffy solids, mixing uniformly and incubating to form nanozyme probiotic complex gel, where the concentration of the probiotic solution is 101-105colony-forming unit/ml, the mass ratio of the nanozyme with peroxidase-like activity to the fluffy solid is 1:100-1000.
