NOVELTY - A high-dielectric graphene oxide melamine resin contains 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. barium titanate, 20-25 pts. wt. melamine, 40-45 pts. wt. 37% aqueous solution of formaldehyde, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. polyacrylonitrile, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. polyoxyethylene, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. tert-butyl hydroperoxide, and balance amount of dimethylformamide, cosolvent containing dimethylformamide and methylene chloride in a volume ratio of 1:1, citric acid, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol alkaline pH adjusting agent and ethanol. USE - High-dielectric graphene oxide melamine resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide melamine resin has excellent dielectric properties, thermal conductivity and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-dielectric graphene oxide melamine resin, which involves dissolving polyacrylonitrile in 4 wt.% dimethylformamide, uniformly mixing, dissolving the mixture in 4 wt.% cosolvent containing dimethylformamide and methylene chloride and then mixing, adding polyoxyethylene, barium titanate and graphene oxide to the mixture and then uniformly stirring, adding trifluoroethyl methacrylate and tert-butyl hydroperoxide to the mixture and then heating at 60-70 degrees C, reacting the mixture for 1-2 hours and then filtering, washing the mixture using ethanol for 2-3 minutes to obtain a modified graphene oxide, adding melamine and aqueous solution of formaldehyde to the modified graphene oxide and then heating at 70-75 degrees C, stirring the mixture for 10-20 minutes, adding 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol alkaline pH adjusting agent to the mixture and then adjusting pH value to 8-9, reacting the mixture for 3-4 hours to obtain a melamine resin containing graphene oxide prepolymer and then placing in an oven, drying the mixture at 30 degrees C, adding citric acid to the mixture and then adjusting pH value to 5-6, and curing at 50 degrees C for 8-9 hours.
