The aluminum gallium powder is prepared by using graphene-coated aluminum powder, weighing nickel powder and mixing aluminum gallium powder and alumina powder evenly. The mixed powder is deposited on the surface of the metal substrate by low-pressure cold spraying method to obtain nickel-aluminum gallium layer-alumina composite coating. The graphene-enhanced nickel-aluminum-based high-temperature anti-friction coating is obtained by heat treatment. USE - Graphene enhanced nickel-aluminum-based high-temperature anti-friction coating for use in boiler heating surface and working conditions. ADVANTAGE - The coating has more compact structure and normal temperature and high temperature and lubricating performance.
