NOVELTY - An anticorrosive coating comprises 10-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dispersant, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. talc, 10-20 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 10-25 pts. wt. organic solvent, 10-20 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 0.1-1 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and epoxy curing agent. USE - Anticorrosive coating is used for protecting metal substrates e.g. solar stent (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating has excellent acid and alkali resistance, and salt spray resistance. The preparation of coating is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of anticorrosive coating; and (2) protection of metal surface.
