NOVELTY - Preparing porous carbon nitride-RGO-BiOI (reduced graphene oxide-bismuth oxyiodide) catalyst involves using oxidation graphene nitrate and potassium iodide as raw material, using hydrothermal method to prepare RGO-BiOI binary composite material and calcining porous carbon nitride in the RGO-BiOI binary composite material under the nitrogen atmosphere to obtain product, where the mass ratio of porous carbon nitride, ferric oxide and graphene BiOI is 1:1:9. Preparing porous carbon nitride-RGO-BiOI catalyst in activating persulfate to degrade organic pollutant, involves using oxidation graphene nitrate and potassium iodide as raw material, using hydrothermal method to prepare RGO-BiOI binary composite material and calcining porous carbon nitride in RGO-BiOI binary composite material USE - -Method for preparing porous carbon nitride-RGO-BiOI catalyst used in activating persulfate to degrade organic pollutant (claimed).
