▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-boron nitride fiber composite material is claimed. The graphene is coated on the surface of boron nitride fibers, where surface of boron nitride fiber and graphene sheet are connected by van der Waals force and hydrogen bonding; and boron nitride fibers are cross-linked by graphene coated on the surface to obtain untwisted yarn, non-woven cloth or chopped strand mat. USE - Used as graphene-boron nitride fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high intensity, excellent mechanical property and thermal conductivity; enhances interaction between boron nitride fibers; and reduces the contact resistance between fibers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-boron nitride fiber composite material comprising (i) surface coating boron nitride fibers with graphene oxide dispersion and drying, (ii) placing boron nitride fibers coated with graphene oxide in solvent to swell the surface, combining fibers and drying to obtain untwisted yarn, or bonding fibers to each other to obtain non-woven fabric or chopped strand mat and drying to below 100 degrees C, and (iii) reducing to obtain graphene-boron nitride fiber composite material.
