▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide slurry comprises a solvent, graphene oxide and an amino acid. The solid content of the graphene oxide is 5-13%. USE - Graphene oxide slurry used for preparing amino acid-modified graphene oxide film and graphene thermally conductive film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide slurry has reduced viscosity and improved castability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing graphene oxide slurry with high solid content, which involves adding amino acids to the prepared graphene oxide dispersion liquid and then dispersing uniformly to obtain graphene oxide slurry with high solid content material; (2) an amino acid-modified graphene oxide film, which comprises graphene oxide and an amino acid, in mass ratio of 100:(3-6) and amino acid-modified graphene oxide film has thickness of 100-200 mu m, preferably 150 mu m; (3) a method for preparing an amino acid-modified graphene oxide film, which involves preparing a graphene oxide slurry with a high solid content, coating graphene oxide slurry on the substrate, drying and peeling to obtain an amino acid modified graphene oxide film; (4) a graphene thermally conductive film, which has thermal conductivity of 1100-1500 watts per meter-kelvin (W/(m-K)), preferably 1200 watts per meter-kelvin (W/(m-K)); and (5) a method for preparing a graphene thermally conductive film, which involves preparing an amino acid-modified graphene oxide film, and subjecting the amino acid-modified graphene oxide film to high-temperature treatment to obtain graphene thermally conductive film.
