▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of pure graphene by liquid pulse laser ablation involves solidifying pure graphite (powder) or pure expanded graphite (powder or flakes) in pure water, processing in a solvent at 40-100-MPa, carrying out liquid pulsed laser ablation by irradiating the solidified sample with laser, separating the resultant product into sheets, dispersing in a solvent, and drying the resultant product by removing the solvent in a centrifuge. USE - Manufacture of pure graphene used for manufacturing graphene phosphorene in manufacture of nanowires for manufacturing nanowire aerogel in manufacture of graphene phosphorene nanowire substrate (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of pure graphene by liquid pulse laser ablation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of phosphorene by liquid pulse laser ablation; (2) manufacture of graphene phosphorene; (3) manufacture of graphene phosphorene nanowires; (4) manufacture of graphene phosphorene nanowire aerogel; and (5) manufacture of graphene phosphorene nanowire substrate.
