NOVELTY - Gel comprises component A and component B, where the component A comprises 100 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 5-30 pts. wt. phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 1-20 pts. wt. vinyl MDQ resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. platinum catalyst, 1-5 pts. wt. color paste, and 100-300 pts. wt. thermal conductive filler, and the component B includes 100 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 1-10 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.2-5 pts. wt. inhibitor, 1-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 100-300 pts. wt. thermal conductive filler. USE - The gel is useful for heating device and radiator, i.e. heat generator, heat pump, heat exchanger and heat sink. ADVANTAGE - The gel has has better stability, less residue after long-term use, and 2-8 W/m.K thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing gel, comprising (i) adding vinyl silicone oil, phenyl vinyl silicone oil, vinyl MDQ silicone resin and platinum catalyst into planetary mixer, uniformly stirring, adding color paste, stirring until color paste is uniformly dispersed, then adding thermal conductive filler, uniformly stirring, carrying out vacuum degassing to obtain component A, and placing component A material into tube A after eliminating air bubbles, and (ii) adding vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, inhibitor and silane coupling agent into planetary mixer, uniformly stirring, adding heat-conducting filler, uniformly dispersing heat-conducting filler at fixed stirring speed, vacuum defoaming, eliminating air bubbles to obtain component B, and placing component B material into tube B.
