▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum-containing graphene-based heat dissipation material comprises (i) dispersing aluminum powder in deionized water, (ii) dispersing the graphene powder in deionized water, (iii) mixing aluminum powder dispersion with graphene dispersion, (iv) freeze-drying to obtain nano-mixed powder, (v) subjecting heat treatment of the mixed powder, (vi) placing mixed powder obtained in step (v) into a graphite mold by hot pressing to obtain light high thermal conductivity of aluminum-containing graphene-based heat dissipation material. USE - The method is useful for preparing aluminum-containing graphene-based heat dissipation material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation material: has lightweight, high thermal conductivity, good radiating effect and can be applied to the aerospace field.
