NOVELTY - Graphene dispersion liquid is manufactured by preparing heat-processed material by expanding interlayer distance of graphite layer by heating graphite lamellar compound, treating obtained heat-processed material with ultrasonic waves in polar solvent, obtaining ultrasonic process liquid, and processing ultrasonic process liquid by laser ablation method. USE - Manufacture of graphene dispersion liquid for manufacture of graphene thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene thin film can be easily manufactured, without causing reduction in domain size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing method of graphene thin film which involves coating graphene dispersion liquid on base material and drying.
