▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves forming an electrode pattern using a carbon nano material on an upper portion of a first flexible substrate that is provided with a bonding target surface, where the carbon nanomaterial is selected from carbon nanotubes and graphene (S10). The microwaves are applied to the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate, where the second flexible substrate is disposed with a carbonaceous material and the flexible substrates are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) (S20). A solution containing the carbon nano-material is applied to an upper bonding surface of the first flexible substrate. The flexible substrate patterned with the carbon nanomaterial is patterned in a chamber which is maintained at room temperature. USE - Method for bonding electrodes to a flexible substrate for a flexible substrate assembly. ADVANTAGE - The method enables minimizing heat applied to the flexible substrates by using the microwaves. The method enables applying separate pressure for bonding the flexible substrates so as to minimize applied pressure by local heating of the bonding surface of each flexible substrate and invading the molten surface of the carbon nanomaterial, so that damage of the substrates can be prevented and mechanical properties of a flexible substrate assembly can be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a flexible substrate assembly. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart illustrating a method for bonding electrodes to a flexible substrate (Drawing includes non-English language text).
