▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing coating material comprises (i) dispersing the conductive medium, graphene oxide and polymer in a solvent to form a dispersion, where the polymer is a thermoplastic insulating material having a thermal expansion coefficientgreater than or equal to to 2x10-4, and the melting temperature is greater than 100degrees Celsius and the conductive medium is reducing metal particles; and (ii) heating and reducing the dispersion liquid under the protection of inert atmosphere, the mass ratio of the reducing metal particles, graphene oxide and polymer is (1-3):(1-3):(10-20). USE - The coating material is useful in preventing thermal runaway of lithium ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating material can be useful in preventing thermal runaway of lithium ion batteries which has wide application in consumer electronic product, electric automobile and power grid energy storage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Coating material, prepared as mentioned above; and (2) Lithium ion battery comprises an anode comprising an anode material layer and an anode current collector, cathode comprising a cathode material layer and a cathode current collector, a diaphragm is disposed between the anode and cathode, the electrolyte is filled in the battery and the coating cured by the coating, the coating is placed between the anode material layer and the anode current collector, or placing the coating on the anode material layer, or the coating on the cathode material layer.
