▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electrothermal painting comprises (i) attaching the graphene hybrid film to the surface of the first heating element insulating substrate, and performing the first hot pressing treatment and printing current-carrying electrodes on opposite ends of the graphene hybrid film, attaching the second heating element insulating substrate to the other side of the graphene hybrid film, and performing the second heat pressing process to obtain the graphene hybrid heating element, and (ii) assembling the decorative painting, the graphene hybrid heating element, and the thermal insulation board sequentially from the surface to the inside by using a metal frame and arranging the space between two adjacent layers to obtain an electrothermal painting. USE - The method is useful for preparing electrothermal painting (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The painting has high heat resistance and thermal conductivity, and prolonged service life, and has electrical and thermal conversion efficiency of electrothermal paintings has reached more than 72%, and improves energy-saving and heating effect of the electrothermal painting.
