NOVELTY - The device has a tunable graphene light filtration unit (1) electrically connected with a voltage control unit (2) that is used for providing controllable voltage for a tunable graphene light filtration unit. A wide spectrum detection unit (3) is tightly attached to the tunable graphene light filtration unit, and converts transmitted light transmitted through the tunable graphene light filtration unit into a photocurrent signal. The wide spectrum detecting unit is electrically connected with a spectrum reconstruction calculating unit (4) that is used for calculating and processing light current signal information from the wide spectrum detection unit to obtain spectrum data, where optical current signal information comprises an optical current signal under transmission light. USE - Micro spectrum measuring device for use in an underwater environment. Uses include but are not limited to underwater scientific investigation, fast medical detection, soil and crop analysis, food production line monitoring, atmospheric component monitoring field development. ADVANTAGE - The device uses physical mechanism of graphene Fermi level controlled by external voltage and spectrum reconstruction algorithm, which realizes spectrum measurement in a single pixel without a dispersion optical system so as to effectively reduce size of the spectrum detection device and improve integration degree. The tunable graphene light filtration unit main body adopts the graphene top grid of the metal mixed ultra-surface, so that the transmitted light can be adjusted by adjusting the top grid voltage flexible control based on the light current reading of the wide spectrum detection unit under different transmission spectrum using the regression least squares algorithm to invert the spectrum of the incident light for obtaining the spectrum information in the corresponding wavelength range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The spectrum reconstruction calculating unit is electrically connected with a spectrum display unit (5) that is used for receiving the spectrum data from the spectrum reconstruction calculating unit and displaying the spectrum distribution.
