NOVELTY - Preparing badminton racket net wire comprises (i) crushing and mixing raw material to obtain mixture A of raw material; (ii) heating the mixture A to 55degrees Celsius, stirring for 30 minutes, performing ultrasonic treatment at temperature, where the processing time is 20 minutes, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain mixture B; and (iii) dispersing the mixture B, finishing processing, performing centrifugal treatment, extruding treatment, spinning treatment, and spray painting treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing badminton racket net wire, preferably two-piece racket and three-piece racket. ADVANTAGE - The titanium wire has high strength, high heat strength, good corrosion resistance, good low-temperature performance, large chemical activity, and good strength and flexibility, and improves the intensity and flexibility of the racket net wire, improves the stability and badminton racket of the use, and prolongs the service life of the racket.
