▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing gear pair surface comprises (i) carrying out chemical and mechanical polishing on the prototype of the gear pair to make the meshing surface roughness of the gear pair less than 30 nm; (ii) using magnetic control sputtering or chemical vapor deposition coating method to coat the polished engagement surface of the gear pair to obtain a coating layer with the thickness of 3-10 mu m; (iii) adding 1-5 wt.% anti-friction and anti-wear additive into the base lubricating oil which producing a coupling and synergistic effect with the coating layer; and (iv) adding lubricating oil added with anti-friction and anti-wear additive into the gear box body in the coating gear pair operation process. USE - The method is useful for processing gear pair surface. ADVANTAGE - The method: can realize ultra-lubricating performance of the gear pair with extremely low friction, reduce the friction coefficient of the gear pair by more than 50%, and the power loss by more than 30%, achieve extremely low friction and wear of the gear pair under real working conditions with high load super lubricating performance and the service life of the gear pair thus greatly reduces energy consumption and resource waste.
