▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene paste comprises 5-50 wt.% graphene powder, 0.01-1 wt.% surfactant, 0.01-1 wt.% thixotropic agent, 0.05-5 wt.% binder and 1-60 wt.% diluent. USE - The graphene paste is useful for thermal conductivity copper foil (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of graphene paste comprising (i) mixing binder, diluent, thixotropic agent and surfactant, adding graphene powder and stirring to obtain mixture, and (ii) adding the mixture obtained in step (a) sand or ball mill to obtain final product; and (2) use of graphene paste comprising coating graphene paste on a copper foil, then baking at 110-130 degrees C for 25-35 minutes, (b) facing the two graphene layers of copper foil each other to obtain finished copper thermal products, and (c) extruding and molding the first heat copper foil to obtain graphene thermal conductivity copper foil.
