NOVELTY - Boron carbide bulletproof material comprises boron carbide, silicon nitride, cerium dioxide, aluminum oxide and graphene, specifically nano powder containing boron carbide, silicon nitride nano powder, cerium dioxide nano powder, aluminum oxide nano powder and graphene nano powder. The mass ratio of boron carbide nanopowder and silicon nitride nanopowder is 1.4-1.6:1. The amount of cerium dioxide nano powder is 0.3-0.8 wt.%. The amount of aluminum oxide nano powder is 9.0-9.5 wt.%. The amount of graphene nano powder is 10.7-11.7 wt.%. USE - Used as a boron carbide bulletproof material. ADVANTAGE - The bulletproof material has high hardness, fracture toughness and bending strength.
