NOVELTY - Friction nano-generator based on polydimethylsiloxane composite film comprises a positive friction layer and a negative friction layer which can be vertically contact or separated, the negative friction layer is formed by assembling the polydimethylsiloxane composite film and the electrode, the positive friction layer is the same electrode or different electrode with the negative friction layer, where the polydimethylsiloxane composite film is obtained by embedding dimethyl silicone polymer base material for reducing oxidation and fluorinated graphene propylene, and the negative friction layer and the positive friction layer are contact or separated to realize friction power generation. USE - The friction nano-generator is used for self-charging power supply system and wear-resistant electronic device. The device is composed of the friction nano-generator for energy supply with human body movement. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, high adjustability and pervasive method to manufacture friction nano-generator with high power output and is good for further development of mechanical energy collecting device.
