NOVELTY - The laser has a rare earth doped optical fiber (3) connected with a wavelength division multiplexing optical fiber coupler (4). A Raman optical fiber (5) and the wavelength division multiplex optical fiber are connected to a combiner (2) to form an annular Raman laser resonant cavity. A graphene saturable absorption body (7) is located in an annular device (6). A polarization controller (9) is connected with the wavelength division multiplex coupler to form the annular Raman laser resonant cavity. USE - Graphene oxide passive mode-locking based Raman fiber laser. ADVANTAGE - The laser has high stability and high energy ultra-short pulse laser output.
