▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The infrared ray detector has electrodes (120,130) and substrate (100) with grapheme. The graphene contains graphene pattern (110) and graphene oxide. The graphene is provided for measuring electric potential difference, resistance variance and current variance between the electrodes. The graphene is provided in central part of the substrate. A metal and a middle electrode (125) are also provided, where a contact unit is provided in the lower-side of the graphene pattern. USE - Infrared ray detector for detecting infrared ray radiated from object. ADVANTAGE - The infrared ray detector has electrodes and substrate with grapheme, where graphene contains graphene pattern and graphene oxide, and graphene is provided for measuring electric potential difference, resistance variance and current variance between the electrodes, and thus the infrared ray detector enables to detect infrared ray accurately by ensuring increased detection sensitivity of infrared ray. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an infrared ray detector. Substrate (100) Graphene pattern (110) Electrodes (120,130) Middle electrode (125) Cutting line (160)
