NOVELTY - Heat dissipation adhesive comprises nickel core particles and core-shell nanoparticles having a multilayer graphene shell coated to cover the surface of the nickel core particles are dispersed. USE - Used as heat dissipation adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation adhesive enables stable driving of lighting when applied to LED lighting; correct addition rate, secured stable manufacturing process, and increases driving efficiency of LED lights.
