NOVELTY - Lightweight waterproof concrete block comprises 260-300 pts. wt. cement, 50-100 pts. wt. gravel, 1000-1100 pts. wt. ceramic ball, 30-50 pts. wt. fly ash, 25-50 pts. wt. nano metakaolin, 13-15 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. organosilicone nano waterproof agent, 10-15 pts. wt. calcium sulfate whisker, 5-10 pts. wt. CONSOLID 444 (silicone-copolymer resin solution), 3-5 pts. wt. nano-aluminum oxide particle, 3.7-8.3 pts. wt. silicon-based nano-hybrid material, 0.4-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide wool ball, 6-10 parts of -performance water reducing agent, and 120-160 pts. wt. water. USE - Lightweight waterproof concrete block for river channel used in technical field of river revetment engineering construction e.g. concrete slope protection at two sides of river. ADVANTAGE - The light waterproof concrete building block has light weight, good durability, good waterproof performance, and compression strength tensile characteristics.
