NOVELTY - Production method of anti-static partially oriented yarn (POY) wire, involves (a) firstly pre-crystallizing the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) slices at 158-166 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, and drying at 160-170 degrees C to obtain dry PET slices, (b) melting and blending the dried PET chips and antistatic agent and extruding to obtain mixed pellets, and (c) subjecting the mixed pellets to a spinning process, and cooling them, oiling and winding at the winding station through a ring blower of 18-22 Pa to obtain an anti-static POY yarn. The antistatic agent includes 1-3 pts. wt. starch-based antistatic agent, 1.2-2.8 pts. wt. 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt, 7-13 pts. wt. wool keratin solution, 0.2-0.34 pt. wt. graphene, 3.73-5.01 pts. wt. iron oxide, 145-155 pts. wt. adhesive, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. titanium dioxide, 35-41 pts. wt. fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, 2-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, and 7-13 pts. wt. erucamide. The weight ratio of antistatic agent to PET chip is (0.005-0.015):1. USE - Production method of anti-static partially oriented yarn (POY) wire. ADVANTAGE - The method has the effect of improving the antistatic ability of POY wire, and ensures synergistic effect.
