NOVELTY - Heat-resistant aging glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 20-30 pts. wt. glass fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 6-9 pts. wt. toughening agent, and 3-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, where the filler is modified carboxylated graphene and/or phenolized lignin-sericite composite. USE - The heat-resistant aging glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material useful for vehicles, and also useful in automobile interior trim e.g. instrument panel, door plate, upright post and bumper. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and has low preparation cost. The glass fiber reinforced PP material is not prone to oxidative degradation at high temperature, has good mechanical properties, and meets high performance requirements of automotive materials.
