▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Copper metal surface formation involves growing graphene on surface of copper foil and copper electrolyte agar gel, glassy carbon sheet, graphite, conductive glass or indium tin oxide as cathode surface. An electrolyte copper gel is provided as a solid electrolyte for applying direct current voltage to electrolysis current. The target substrate is placed on grapheme, copper electrolyte agar gel, glassy carbon sheet, graphite, conductive glass or indium tin oxide as cathode surface by heating for fitting closely between the target and the substrate. USE - Method for forming copper metal surface on a substrate by using chemical vapor deposition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method forms copper metal surface in a simple and cost-effective manner on industrial scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Copper metal surface formation involves growing graphene on surface of copper foil and copper electrolyte agar gel, glassy carbon sheet, graphite, conductive glass or indium tin oxide as cathode surface. The target substrate is dissolved in hot water agar gel to obtain graphene surface.
