NOVELTY - A chemically modified electrode preparing method involves dispersing nitrogen-doped graphene with water, adding copper chloride solution, followed by adding sodium dodecyl sulfate solution, sodium hydroxide and glucose, heating, separating and dispersing in water to obtain dispersion. Lead chloride is dissolved in water and added the dispersion to obtain mixed solution. Ascorbic acid is dissolved in water, added mixed solution, reacted, separated and dried to obtain nano composite material, which is dispersed in N,N-dimethyl formamide, coated on glass carbon electrode surface and dried. USE - Method for preparing chemically modified electrode that is utilized for detecting triclosan (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the chemically modified electrode with better electro-catalysis activity, low detection limit, better stability, strong anti-interference performance and reproducibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A chemically modified electrode preparing method involves dispersing 15-25 mg nitrogen-doped graphene with 15-25 mL water to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene dispersion. The nitrogen-doped graphene dispersion is added with 0.05-0.15 mL of 0.05-0.2 mol/L copper chloride solution, followed by adding 0.08-0.09 g sodium dodecyl sulfate solution, stirring to dissolve completely, adding 0.1-0.25 mL and 0.05-0.2 mol/L sodium hydroxide and 0.3-0.8 mL of 0.05-0.2 mol/L glucose solution, stirring, heating to micro boiling, keeping for 3-10 minutes, cooling to the room temperature, separating and washing to obtain the copper oxide/nitrogen doped reduced graphene oxide, which is dispersed in 3-8 mL water to obtain copper oxide/nitrogen doped reduced graphene oxide dispersion. Lead chloride of 3-6 mg is dissolved with 1-3 ml water, gradually added copper oxide/nitrogen doped reduced graphene oxide dispersion and stirred uniformly to obtain mixed solution. Ascorbic acid of 0.3-0.8 g is dissolved with 1-3 mL water, gradually added the mixed solution, placed at 30-40 degrees C water bath to react for 0.5-2 hours, separated and dried to obtain the lead-copper oxide/nitrogen doped reduced graphene oxide (Pd-Cu2O/NRGO) nano composite material. The 3-8 mg nano composite material is dispersed in 3-8 mL N,N-dimethyl formamide, coated 4-8 mu L dispersing liquid on surface of the glass carbon electrode with a diameter of 2-5 mm and dried to obtain finished product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) an electrochemical sensor (2) an electrochemical sensor prepared by the method.
