NOVELTY - Producing ceramic containing graphene, comprises e.g. (i) adding the raw materials of blank into ball mill, mixing water with 1.2-1.8 times the total mass of raw materials, ball milling for 3-5 hours, filtering with 250-400 mesh screen to obtain mud, aging for 1-3 days, adding into mud machine to drill mud, discharging air in mud, adjusting solid content of mud to 45-55%, shaping and trimming the mud to obtain blank, (ii) placing the blank in kiln, and sintering at 850-950 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain ceramic blank, (iii) adding 18-25 pts. wt. kaolin, 6-12 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 15-25 pts. wt. feldspar, 0-2 pts. wt. pigment, 2-4 pts. wt. modified nano titanium dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. dolomite and 3-6 pts. wt. modified graphene into ball mill, adding water with 1.6-2.2 times the total mass of raw materials, sieving and vacuum defoaming to obtain glaze, (iv) glazing the ceramic blank with glaze to form glaze layer, and (v) sintering glazed ceramic blank to obtain ceramic product. USE - The ceramic containing graphene is useful in the field of ceramic products. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problems of low impact resistance, low temperature resistance and poor wear resistance of daily ceramic products in the existing method.
