▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene involves (1) adding the mixed solution of graphite oxide and water, ultrasonically processing for 10 minutes to 1 hour, centrifuging at speed of 2000-3000 rpm for 20-60 minutes, where the supernatant after centrifuging is graphene oxide colloid, and drying to obtain graphene oxide, and (2) simultaneously placing the graphene oxide in the step (1) and absorbing material aid in a reaction chamber of industrial microwave oven, microwave processing with 300-2000 W for 15-90 seconds under protection of inert gas, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation method of graphene using solid-phase auxiliary microwave. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene with short reaction time, high efficiency and excellent energy saving effect, by simple and environmentally-friendly process.
