NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced rubber comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphene, 70-80 pts. wt. rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. metal powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.3-0.9 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. accelerator and 3-8 pts. wt. activator. USE - Used as graphene-reinforced rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method: increase the tensile strength and elongation at break of the rubber, wear resistance of the rubber and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-reinforced rubber comprising (i) adding graphene and metal powder into an ionic liquid and ultrasonically dispersing for 30-40 minutes, (ii) drying mixture obtained in step (i), mixing with rubber powder, adding a dispersant and stirring at 30-40 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and (iii) adding vulcanizing agent, accelerator and activator, mixing for 10-15 minutes and thinning for 3-5 times to obtain final product.
