NOVELTY - A graphene/epoxy composite wave-absorbing material comprises epoxy resin and radial graphene clusters that are dispersed in the epoxy resin. USE - Graphene/epoxy composite wave-absorbing material used in graphene/epoxy composite coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/epoxy composite wave-absorbing material has improved electromagnetic wave absorption effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene/epoxy composite wave-absorbing material, which involves dispersing flake graphene in aqueous or oily solvent to obtain graphene slurry, adding oily or water-based epoxy resin to distribute graphene slurry in epoxy resin in the form of an emulsion droplet, heat-treating to form radial graphene clusters, and evaporating graphene slurry by microwave heating at 100-200 degrees C for 1-3 hours; (2) graphene/epoxy composite coating, which comprises graphene/epoxy composite wave-absorbing material; and (3) preparation of graphene/epoxy composite coating, which involves coating graphene/epoxy composite wave-absorbing material on a substrate, curing at room temperature for 12-36 hours to obtain graphene/epoxy composite coating.
