NOVELTY - A soft magnetic particle film consists of a multilayer structure having two-phase nanocrystalline soft magnetic film in the middle and overlapping repeating structures located on the upper side of the two-phase nanocrystalline soft magnetic film, and overlapping repeating structures on the lower side. The overlapping repeating structure includes a layer of nano silica, and a layer of nano-graphene. The nanocrystalline soft magnetic film has thickness of 25-35 mu m. The thickness of the nano graphene layer is 15-20 mu m. The nano silica layer has thickness of 10-15 mu m. The soft magnetic film comprises alpha -iron phase nanoparticles dispersed in A-based amorphous phase nano-matrix, and having diameter of 5-8 nm. USE - Soft magnetic particle film. ADVANTAGE - The soft magnetic particle film has high-temperature magnetic stability, magnetic permeability at high temperature, resistivity and high temperature saturation magnetization at high temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A soft magnetic particle film consists of a multilayer structure having two-phase nanocrystalline soft magnetic film in the middle and overlapping repeating structures located on the upper side of the two-phase nanocrystalline soft magnetic film, and overlapping repeating structures on the lower side. The overlapping repeating structure includes a layer of nano silica, and a layer of nano-graphene. The soft magnetic film has structural formula: ((FezA1-z)aCrbMcNbd)1-x-(R2O3)x, where a is 30-60, b is 50-70, c is 10-30, d is 0.5-1, x is 0.1-0.6, z is 0.5-0.75, A is a ferromagnetic transition metal element, preferably cobalt, nickel or titanium, M is non-magnetic transition metal element, preferably zirconium, hafnium or tantalum, and R is boron, aluminum or iron. The nanocrystalline soft magnetic film has thickness of 25-35 mu m. The thickness of the nano graphene layer is 15-20 mu m. The nano silica layer has thickness of 10-15 mu m. The soft magnetic film comprises alpha -iron phase nanoparticles dispersed in A-based amorphous phase nano-matrix, and having diameter of 5-8 nm.
