NOVELTY - Coating comprises 10-12 pts. wt. metronidazole modified graphene oxide composite material, 4-7 pts. wt. polysulfide-epoxy block copolymer, 15-20 pts. wt. polyimide resin, 2-6 pts. wt. PTFE resin, 1-2 pts. wt. tetramethylthiuram disulfide, 14-19 pts. wt. filler, 40-48 pts. wt. solvent, 3-5 pts. wt. antifouling agent and 6-8 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - The coating is used for protecting oil casing, drill pipe and oil pipe in oil field exploitation. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent anti-corrosion, anti-wax and antifouling properties and high wear resistance, temperature resistance and impact strength, prevents the formation of barium sulfate scale, avoids the clogging of pipes and equipment due to scale formation, and is convenient to prepare, economical and stable in performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating, comprising uniformly mixing polysulfide-epoxy block copolymer, polyimide resin, PTFE resin, tetramethylthiuram disulfide and solvent, heating at rate of 0.2-0.5 degrees C/minute to 64-68 degrees C, heat-preserving for 20-30 minutes, adding remaining raw materials, continuously heating at rate of 0.1-0.2 degrees C/minute to 125-130 degrees C, heat-preserving for 4-5 hours, and cooling to room temperature at a speed of 2.1-2.3 degrees C/minute to obtain the coating.
