NOVELTY - The attenuator has a single graphene layer formed on upper and lower parts of a metal wire. The metal wire is provided with a graphene thin film resistor. A substrate is formed with a dielectric medium layer. The single graphene layer is formed of graphite alkene material. A metal electrode is fixed with the single graphene layer. USE - Microwave attenuator for a microwave passive device. ADVANTAGE - The attenuator is convenient to integrate, and has less volume and high working frequency.
