▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The coating process involves transferring a graphene layer from a metal substrate to a polymeric substrate. A first polymeric layer (31) is coated to a base (2). A probe (1) is attached over the first polymeric layer. A second polymeric layer (32) is coated on the probe. The polymeric substrate is deposited with the graphene layer over the second polymeric layer. The first polymeric layer, second polymeric layer and polymeric substrate are dissolved by a solvent for attaching the graphene layer to the surface of the probe. USE - Graphene coating process of probe (claimed) for atomic force microscope. ADVANTAGE - Graphene layer on the conductive surface of probe provides more resistant to both high currents and frictions than commercially available probes. Provides much larger service lifetime and more reliable imaging due to a lower tip sample interaction. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic sectional view of an atomic force microscope tip coated with polymethyl methacrylate.
