NOVELTY - An insulating radiating composition comprises 1-80 mass parts modified graphene, 5-60 mass parts insulating heat conduction filler, 0.5-10 mass parts surface processing agent, and 0.5-20 mass parts functional auxiliary agents. USE - An insulating radiating composition for plastics and coatings (all claimed) used for electronic product, heat generator in electrical device, and radiating device. ADVANTAGE - Insulating radiating composition has good radiating effect, increases cooling effect of device, and extends service life of device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of insulating radiating composition which involves adding graphene to tetraethyl orthosilicate, adding water and aqueous ammonia dropwise while performing ultrasonic high-speed stirring to hydrolyze tetraethyl orthosilicate on graphene surface, performing thermal reaction at 50-70 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain silicate-coated graphene, drying at 120-150 degrees C for 2-6 hours to form silicon dioxide film on graphene surface i.e. modified graphene, dissolving and diluting surface processing agent in solvent, adding insulated heat conduction filler and modified graphene, stirring, mixing with functional auxiliary agent, dispersing in dispersing device to obtain wet concentrate composition i.e. liquid dispersion product, granulating, cooling, and drying to obtain dry particles i.e. granular solid product; and (2) use of insulating radiating composition which involves melt-mixing insulating radiating composition and substrate materials, mixing or performing in-situ polymerization to obtain plastic and coating.
