NOVELTY - Preparation of high-performance composite bullet-proof plate comprises adding soluble aluminum salt into deionized water, slowly adding ammonium hydroxide until no precipitate generated, standing for 1-3 hours to obtain aluminum hydroxide suspension, adding dispersant into aluminum hydroxide suspension, ultrasonically reacting for 10-30 minutes to obtain suspension liquid, adding graphite particles into anhydrous ethanol, mechanically stirring to disperse, sealing, ultrasonically reacting for 20-30 minutes to obtain graphene suspension, slowly adding graphene suspension into suspension liquid, stirring, adding into reaction kettle, performing vacuum distillation reaction for 5-8 hours to obtain viscous liquid, placing in mold, sintering for 10-15 hours, naturally cooling, adding polymethyl methacrylate solution, ultrasonically reacting for 2-5 hours, taking out, rapidly drying to obtain coated prefabricated bullet-proof plate, adding into reaction kettle for 10-12 hours and cooling. USE - Method for preparing high-performance composite bullet-proof plate. ADVANTAGE - The method greatly improves ballistic resistance while forming relatively rigid and flexible synergistic protection of plate.
