▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of composite material involves mixing copper powder and liquid carbon source, grounding, placing grounded mixed powder in chemical vapor deposition furnace for heat treatment at temperature of 600-1000 degrees C for 5- 30 minutes to obtain copper/graphene composite powder after heat treatment, placing obtained copper/graphene composite powder in mold, placing in vacuum hot-press sintering device at temperature of 700-1000 degrees C, pressure of 30-100 MPa for 30 minutes to 6 hours or discharge plasma sintering device at temperature of 500-1000 degrees C, pressure of 30-100 MPa for 10 minutes to 3 hours for sintering. The protective atmosphere is mixed gas of argon and hydrogen. USE - Preparation of composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, feasible, and easy to generate. The prepared composite material has uniform composition, lightweight and excellent electrical conductivity.
