NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene dispersion liquid involves providing compressed-expanded graphite as anode, providing metal or nonmetal electrode as cathode, placing anode and cathode in an electrolyte solution and carrying out electrochemical reaction under voltage of 1-20 V and current density of 1-200 mA/cm2 for 1-120 minutes, adding the product deposited on anode into a dispersant and dispersing by performing ultrasonic and/or mechanical stirring. USE - Preparation of graphene dispersion liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of graphene dispersion liquid by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene thin film, which involves filtering the graphene dispersion liquid and coating or depositing the graphene dispersion liquid on a substrate.
