NOVELTY - Alumina particles wrapped in graphene sheet is claimed. USE - Alumina particles wrapped in graphene sheet is used for manufacturing graphene-titanium dioxide paste for forming titanium dioxide layer used in solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The alumina particles wrapped in graphene sheet is manufactured using simple process. The dye-sensitized solar cell formed by coating graphene-titanium dioxide paste has high electron-transfer rate and improved energy-conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of alumina particles wrapped in graphene sheet, which involves calcining aluminum nitride powder under reactive gas atmosphere containing carbon monoxide gas, and then wrapping alumina particles with graphene sheet; (2) manufacture of graphene-titanium dioxide paste, which involves mixing powder of titanium dioxide nanoparticles and alumina particles; and (3) manufacture of dye-sensitized solar cell, which involves forming a titanium oxide layer by coating graphene-titanium dioxide paste on electrode layer which is formed on a substrate.
