NOVELTY - Preparation of water-soluble film-forming material involves stirring and mixing a dispersant comprising ammonium polyacrylate or sodium polyacrylate and polyethylene glycol, a solvent comprising ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether and ethylene glycol dialkyl ether, a silicone oil-type antifoaming agent and a biocide in demineralized water containing a binder such as siloxane, acrylsiloxane and styrene-acrylic resins, dispersing catalytic nanocomposites such as titanium dioxide anatase mixed with 1-30% rutile and 0.01-10% graphene oxide in a mixture of additives, dispersing a catalyst support material such as calcium carbonate, and adding a rheological modifier to stabilize the dispersion and a basic substance to adjust the pH to 5.5-10. USE - Preparation of water-soluble film-forming material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides film-forming material having excellent photocatalytic effect upon irradiation with natural light or artificial light.
