▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyvinyl butyral separator is prepared by using 55-65 pts. wt. modified grafted polyvinyl butyral resin, 15-25 pts. wt. graphene emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. zeolite-based composite weathering agent, 2-8 pts. wt. active dispersant, and 1-5 pts. wt. dibutyl sebacate toughening agent. The preparation of the modified grafted polyvinyl butyral resin involves (1) feeding polyvinyl butyral resin into 2-6 %mass sodium carbonate solution, soaking at 45-55 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, taking it out, drying, using cobalt 60- gamma -ray irradiation treatment, (2) feeding polyvinyl butyral resin into blasting pretreatment liquid, performing microwave treatment at 20-50 W for 10-20 minutes, feeding to steam blaster, washing and drying, (3) mixing the steam exploded polyvinyl butyral resin with 10-20% vinyl trimethoxysilane at 1000-1500 rpm for 20-30 minutes, (4) feeding the polyvinyl butyral resin pretreated by step (3) grafting together with the grafting reagent into the reactor, reacting, washing and drying. USE - Polyvinyl butyral separator. ADVANTAGE - The polyvinyl butyral separator uses bentonite with lamellar structure, which can significantly enhance the bonding force between the polyvinyl butyral resin and the inorganic and organic raw materials, thereby improving the weather resistance of the product as a whole. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyvinyl butyral separator is prepared by using 55-65 pts. wt. modified grafted polyvinyl butyral resin, 15-25 pts. wt. graphene emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. zeolite-based composite weathering agent, 2-8 pts. wt. active dispersant, and 1-5 pts. wt. dibutyl sebacate toughening agent. The preparation of the modified grafted polyvinyl butyral resin involves (1) feeding polyvinyl butyral resin into 2-6 %mass sodium carbonate solution, soaking at 45-55 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, taking it out, drying, using cobalt 60- gamma -ray irradiation treatment at 150-250 W for 20-30 minutes, (2) feeding polyvinyl butyral resin into blasting pretreatment liquid, performing microwave treatment at 20-50 W for 10-20 minutes, feeding to steam blaster for blasting treatment at 1-2 MPa, washing and drying, (3) mixing the steam exploded polyvinyl butyral resin with 10-20% vinyl trimethoxysilane at 1000-1500 rpm for 20-30 minutes, (4) feeding the polyvinyl butyral resin pretreated by step (3) grafting together with the grafting reagent into the reactor, reacting at a temperature of 125-135 degrees C and speed at 300-500 rpm for 15-25 minutes, washing and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the polyvinyl butyral separator, which involves adding the modified grafted polyvinyl butyral resin, graphene emulsion, zeolite-based composite weathering agent, active dispersant and dibutyl sebacate toughening agent to high-speed mixer, stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 20-30 minutes, plasticizing by a twin-screw extruder at a temperature of 140-170 degrees C, and film forming through a mold.
