NOVELTY - The preparation method of self-responsive polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene/elastic fabric composite sensor involves (1) immersing pre-treated elastic fabric in oxidized graphene dispersion, leaving mixture still, removing elastic fabric and drying to obtain oxidized graphene/elastomeric composite fabric, (2) cleaning graphene/elastomeric composite fabric of step (1) and drying to obtain graphene/elastomeric composite fabric, (3) immersing graphene/elastomeric composite fabric of step (2) in polyvinylidene fluoride solution, removing complex, drying and carrying out polarization. USE - Preparation of self-responsive polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene/elastic fabric composite sensor used for intelligent cloth. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of self-responsive polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene/elastic fabric composite sensor with high sensitivity and improved elasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of self-responsive polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene/elastic fabric composite sensor involves (1) immersing the pre-treated elastic fabric in an oxidized graphene dispersion, leaving the mixture still, removing the elastic fabric and drying to obtain an oxidized graphene/elastomeric composite fabric, (2) cleaning the graphene/elastomeric composite fabric of step (1) and drying to obtain graphene/elastomeric composite fabric, (3) immersing the graphene/elastomeric composite fabric of step (2) in polyvinylidene fluoride solution, removing the complex, drying and carrying out polarization at 10-20 kV for 4-15 hours. The polyvinylidene fluoride solution comprises acetone, N,N-dimethylformamide and polyvinylidene fluoride at mass ratio of (3-10):(8-2):(0.8-1.5).
