▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anti-peeling ecological plate comprises aldehyde melamine veneering layer (1), flame-retardant fireproof layer (2), carbon fiber anti-peeling layer (3), solid wood core plate (4), fiber anti-peeling balance layer, a waterproof layer (5), and melamine veneer layer from up to down. The aldehyde melamine surface layer is made of melamine modified resin and aldehyde decomposing liquid. The fireproof flame retardant layer is made of phthalic acid diglycidyl ester and flame retardant. The carbon fiber anti-peeling layer is made of carbon fiber hot pressing on the solid wood core plate. The solid wood core plate is formed by three layers of poplar wood hot pressing composite. The waterproof layer is coated by microcrystalline floor waterproof wax. USE - Used as anti-peeling ecological plate. ADVANTAGE - The plate: adopts coated nano silver with chitin to avoid oxidation and discoloration of nano silver, has light fastness reaches level 5, uses nano zinc oxide, polyvinyl alcohol to modify melamine resin, its bonding strength more than 1.10 MPa, and formaldehyde emission less than 0.2 mg/l. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-peeling ecological plate comprising (I) obtaining solid wood core plate and carbon fiber anti-peeling layer, (II) placing phthalic acid diglycidyl ester into ethyl acetate, mixing and stirring for 5 minutes, adding flame retardant, where the mass ratio of phthalic acid diglycidyl ester, and flame retardant is 20:3-4, mixing and stirring for 10 minutes, placing in vacuum oven, removing ethyl acetate, adding low molecular weight polyamide, mixing and stirring, coating on surface of the carbon fiber anti-peeling layer, the ecological plate after coating at 70degrees Celsius, and curing for 1 hour to obtain flame-retardant fireproof layer, (III) placing oil wax at 60degrees Celsius, mixing and stirring, where the mass ratio of the de-oiling wax and wax oil is 3:0.8-1, adding sodium dodecyl sulfate and palmitic acid, mixing and stirring at 65degrees Celsius for 15 minutes to obtain microcrystalline floor waterproof wax, where the mass ratio of de-oiling wax, sodium dodecyl sulfate and palmitic acid is 10:1-2:5-6, using glue spreading machine to coat the molten microcrystalline floor waterproof wax on the carbon fiber anti-peeling layer of the bottom layer plate, paving melamine veneer on the microcrystalline floor waterproof wax, using hot press to perform the hot pressing operation to obtain the waterproof layer, (IV) soaking melamine veneer in mixed solution of melamine modified resin and aldehyde decomposing liquid for 45 minutes, curing for 1.5 hour at 80degrees Celsius to obtain aldehyde melamine veneer, using hot press to heat the aldehyde melamine veneer on the surface of the flame-retardant fireproof layer to obtain anti-peeling ecological plate.
