NOVELTY - Method for modifying graphene with covalent bond based on nitrogen-negative ion involves taking nitrogen-hydrogen active radical-containing compound as a raw material, changing nitrogen atom of the nitrogen-hydrogen active radical-containing compound into nitrogen negative ion using sodium hydride, such that an epoxy bond or a carbonyl group on graphene oxide is attacked, and partially reducing graphene oxide to graphene, and obtaining functional graphene. USE - Method for modifying graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method provides modified graphene having improved solubility.
